By accessing, browsing, or using the gd11 website at gd11.io or any associated mobile or desktop application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the gd11 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gd11 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, and officers of gd11 and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in gambling activity on the gd11 platform.

To access the full range of gd11 services, including sports betting, live casino, and slot games, you must register a gd11 account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on gd11. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account currency: All gd11 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagers are processed in BDT.

gd11 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an account at any time without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that eligibility criteria have not been met or that the account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

gd11 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected by the payment processor.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Standard processing times are 24–48 hours for verified accounts. VIP-tier members may receive accelerated processing in accordance with their tier benefits. gd11 does not guarantee same-day processing for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. gd11 may require additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment channel.
• No fee guarantee: gd11 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the player's payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply transaction fees independently of gd11. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.
• Pending bonus conditions: Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to the account. Players must either fulfil the wagering requirement or forfeit the associated bonus before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Anti-money laundering: gd11 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the player's own name. gd11 will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation, and all associated funds may be seized.

gd11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. The following general conditions apply to all gd11 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. gd11 reserves the right to verify age before releasing any bonus funds.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

gd11 may modify, pause, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The discontinuation of a promotion will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress at the time of withdrawal.

All bets placed on gd11 — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slot titles, or crash games — are subject to the following general rules. • Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when the platform displays a confirmation message and assigns a unique bet reference number. gd11 is not liable for bets that fail due to technical interruptions before acceptance is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each market, game, or title and may vary by product, player tier, and promotional period. gd11 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Manifest errors: Where odds, game payouts, or market data are published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to typographical errors, software errors, or data feed failures), gd11 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.
• Cricket betting: All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant tournament organiser). Abandoned or suspended matches are handled in accordance with the specific cricket market rules published on the platform.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to delay between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted by the platform. gd11 does not guarantee that all in-play markets will remain available throughout an event. Bets submitted during market suspension will be rejected.
• Crash games: For provably fair crash games including Aviator and similar titles, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified random algorithm prior to the start of the round. The results of crash game rounds are verifiable and final. No claims of software malfunction will be considered once a round has concluded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd11 platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances may be forfeited, and gd11 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on gd11.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated means to interact with the platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, harvesting odds data, or circumventing platform security measures.
• Exploiting software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or misconfigured game or odds settings for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, syndicate betting, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate market outcomes or exploit bonus structures across multiple accounts.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive communication directed at gd11 staff, support agents, or other users via any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any gd11 software, game content, or platform infrastructure.

All content on the gd11 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of gd11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the gd11 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the gd11 platform or its content without gd11's prior written consent.

All game content made available through the platform (including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game software) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.

• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond gd11's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or market data.
• Losses resulting from events of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider disruptions.

Where gd11's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, gd11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gd11 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gd11 will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the gd11 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the gd11 operating entity. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the gd11 customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

gd11 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gd11 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
